"We do not often publish stories that are just the author's opinion." Freelancers are used for features (1,200 to 3,000 words), book reviews (400 to 800 words), and short news pieces (300 to 600 words). Submissions: queries are preferred by email. Include samples of your writing, whether published or unpublished.
